I was just reading through the latest Powersports Business, and there was a great article about the struggles, trials and tribulations of an aftermarket component startup in the powersports industry. 

The Ride To Work folks have been out there for many years promoting the use of motorcycles and scooters as a viable means of transportation for everyday use by everyone.  Every other country has figured it out, but the US is pretty stubborn about giving up its SUVs and hot rods.

Arianna Huffington recently wrote an op-ed piece titled When It Comes to Innovation, Is America Becoming a Third World Country? She makes several good points as to why it's happening, but her solutions are way off the mark.

Wow! I was pricing out metal supplies today to see how much we'd be looking at for different metals we're evaluating for the SC-class scooter superchargers, and was amazed as to how much titanium prices have actually dropped in the past 2-3 years when compared to aluminum!
