Weffo Performance LLC was founded to tap the market of truly high-performance aftermarket components and systems for small-displacement vehicles.  We are going way beyond the current practices of exhaust tuning, transmission upgrades and carburetor jetting.  Our focus is on uniquely implementing advanced engine technologies previously only found on larger-displacement vehicles.  We are trying to bring the cost of such components down to a point where they are practical and affordable for the average owners of 49-600cc vehicles.  Whether you are looking to make your ATV/UTV more powerful, your minibike more competitive, or have the fastest scooter in the club, Weffo Performance has you covered.

Robert Bates
President

Robert founded Weffo Performance in 2008 after noticing a distinct absence of advanced high-performance components for small scooters, ATVs and motorcycles.  Robert was the General Manager of Cobra Powersports / Peirspeed for six years, and before that spent 13 years as a Project Manager for several high-tech startups based in Houston and Austin, TX.  He earned an MBA in Finance and BBA in Business Administration from St. Edwards University in Austin, TX and attended the School of Engineering at Texas A&M University.  Robert owns and manages Weffo Performance, handling all the business, financial and operational aspects of the company.  In his spare time he can be found tinkering with sports cars or motorcycles, reading anything with print, or catching up on MotoGP and World Superbike races.

Lynn Sajdak
Director of Marketing

Lynn joined Weffo Performance as our head of marketing and promotions in 2009.  Lynn brings many years of radio, print, and multimedia advertising experience to our venture with a portfolio that includes branding of national sports franchises, regional businesses, and local-market cross-promotional events.  Her work spans several markets including New York, New Mexico, and Georgia.  She studied Marketing and Advertising at the University at Buffalo, The State University of New York.  When Lynn's not trying to find the best way to promote Weffo Performance's products to the powersports community, she is an avid animal lover who belongs to several animal rights organizations trying to improve the lives of our furry (and sometimes not-so-furry) animal companions.
