DOE to Provide $37.5 Million for U.S.-Chinese Clean Energy Research

Um, Mr. President, I thought the whole plan was to create jobs in the Green Sector for US Citizens, not China...?  Makes me even more proud to be able to say our stuff is going to be Made in the USA!
